Hi im real new in here, so for the gym.

4 months ago i never had lifted iron before, never , ever...
I used to play hockey, 10 years ago LOL

Its going great and i love it, thanx to this site for nutrition advices.

Right now im 200 lbs and 6`1''.

heres too pic that dont really show a lot, took those 3 weeks ago (and 5 lbs lighter) i will get new ones and send em to you.

Please tell me wassup with me ! (i know my biceps, arms are lagging a bit !)

Be gentle :P

PS: on a side note...This guy name Antek is a real inspiration to me, and at the same time my goal (definition of the muscle)

I've been lifting for 1 year; seriously for 4 months. But you look just as good as me. Don't know if that says something good about you, or something bad about me. Or both.

Either way, welcome, enjoy the ride, and keep it up!
