I don't know what kind of balance i should have between fat, carbs, and protein. I'm not trying to bulk or cut really. I'm pretty new to lifting and actually paying attention to what i eat. I'm 6' 160 pounds. Not to active now (football's over:mad: ). Also, whats a good protein filled snack?? Thanx

i've been trying a lot of different protein bars, and they have all tasted like @ss to me. the tiger's milk bar i had last night wasnt to bad compared to the rest, but are there any that actually taste good?

Beef jerky can be a good snack.
Myoplex low carb bars are good. (Except the blueberry)
Pure Protein strawberry cheesecake and smores are great.

Now that you're not very active, you don't need a lot of carbs.Try to have 40%carbs,40%protein,20%fat.
