are you serious? i can eat that in a sitting, let alone a day. try 2500 for starters, but you'll prolly be up near 3grand a day if you wanna bulk

From the looks of your diet, I'd say you are doing a good job if you were trying to LOSE weight. Add a couple more meals to your diet and drink a lot of milk. I'd say forget the carb free crap and don't worry about fat. Get eating!

akomabutisakama , why do you keep asking for advice, but you never take it? You have been told in multiple threads and your journal what you need to do.

1 scoop of whey a day? Try drinking 3 shakes a day(morning, post workout, bed time) with 2 scoops of whey each plus olive oil, flax oil, peanut butter and milk. You can easily get 1000 cals per shake and 50g of protein.

Agreed with all the others. Just eat anything and everything. Don't worry about counting calories, low carb this, low fat this. **** it. Thats time wasted that could have been spent eating.

Or a troll.

Again with the accusatsions!

lol just kidding.

But seriously, the normal person is "recommended" to eat 2000 calories a day. Do you think you're going to gain weight by eating less than this?

to be fair there really is nothing wrong with the low carb foods. There is a place for everything in your diet.
I personally make an effort to purchase foods labeled "low carb" such as pastas and breads because they have very high plant protein and dietary fiber counts which are hard to get otherwise. The conept of eating low carb I dont agree with though.

I love to eat too, but I normally wouldn't be eating as much as I do now for the fun of it. I don't think anybody(unless they are extremely overweight) eats like a bodybuilder, no matter how much they like to eat.
