I do cardio 3x a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Some of which are 15-minute runs, while others are 20-minute HIIT sessions. Seems to work well for me.

Not including 15min of SS after lifting Ill do 2 sessions of HIIT or GPP.

I walk 5-6 times a week (light pace) outside or on a treadmill and three of those days I do gpp right after with either the sled, farmers walk, or tire flipping. I feel stronger than ever when I stick to this. Unfortunately when I get close to meet time I back off thinking the rest will help. I am going to try and not do that anymore. It's a tough habit/mentality to break.

I do ALOT of cardio. While I only focus on it two times a week, which consists of running 10 miles. Everytime I got to the gym, I always start off with 30 minutes of cardio. just to warm-up.

But I'm currently training for a half-marathon, so following a routine that is high in cardio is essential for me.

I walk up and down the stairs of the house numerous times during the day and I walk to the Gym wish in a straight line is about 200M from the house but I got to walk around the car wash so its like 800M I think. I did lots of running in the 12 years in the Army! so no more running!

It depends on what you mean by cardio really. I walk a lot because nothing is too far from my house and I hate public transport and have no car.

I intentionally do cardio pretty rarely these days as strength is a priority atm. I'll usually go for a 20-40min run one or two evenings a week.

I guess I'm the only person that hates themselves enough to do cardio six days a week, although I'm also working up to doing triathlons. I go heavy on the bike Monday and Saturday, light on the bike on Wednesday for some active recovery (about an hour @ 15-18mph) swim on Tuesdays and Fridays, and run on Thursdays... mainly because I hate it and I can't bring myself to do it twice a week.
