it's fine to do wbb#2 just dont be jumping from one routine to the next every week, try and stick to one and make improvements from your last workout... so say you bench 175 for 5 reps try to get 6 the next time or up the weight to 180, and good luck.

How's this sound? I thought about sticking with WBB #1 and just adding 2-3 reps on everything..then switching to crossfit after a few weeks like i said..then back. that way I wont be so drained (as i would if i were to jump into #2). Crossfit does have numerous accolades backing it and they say that routine is the enemy..so I dont know..what do you guys think?
i think you might be switching too fast... routines generally need to be changed only when your body stops responding to it (or you get bored :p). advanced bodybuilders can adapt to a training routine in 3-5 weeks, and beginners can make progress on the same routine for a longer time. i'd say stick with WBB for 3 months before trying out crossfit's, unless WBB stops working before that or your results slow down a lot.

nah it's not pathetic. everyone has been through beginner stages and some start out lifting lower than others. but no worries because you'll progress and you'll soon be lifting big. :)
i'm curious to know why the large amount of sets and reps...

recently ive been buying turkey and individually freezing 6oz breasts of it in little bags, i like turkey cos its leaner and cheaper :)
