i eat oats and brown rice during the day for my carbs except pre and post work out shakes wich are carb drinks. during the day im looking to add one other type for one of my meals and was looking for some suggestions and ideas i only need about 50g right now for this meal im trying to put together im cutting right now im looking for something i can eat quick and take with me. if im on the road./

more oats more brown rice?? maybe some beans, veggies, sweet potato/yam, piece of fruit

im looking for something difrent then oats and rice what kind of vegetables and fruits and how many carbs are in them

brocoli, green beans, spinach, don't worry about how many carbs is in them.

my carb diet consists of oats, whole wheat bread and brown rice threw out the day.. then in the evening i eat vegetables.
