Just some background information on me:

16 y/o
Weight: 180 Lbs
BF: 15%
Bench: 180 Lbs

I was thinking about protein suppliments cause i can barely reach 120 grahms of protein a day eating food without stuffing myself. But then if i reach that i end up lacking on all the essential nutrience id be getting by having veggies.

How safe are the suppliments, at my age. Ive googled side effects of whey isolate, nothing came up. Ive also heard of many positive side effects: including weight loss.

Whats your view on this topic.

I only need to further perfect my routine, but its hard to do on such a tight school schedual. But ill make do with what i can.

My real question is how safe are the suppliments, considering my age and my overall bulking goal.

120g of protein is not much. That's like 3 good portions of chicken breast.

3 eggs + 3 Glesses of milk is about all the portein i have for breakfast: (42 Grahms of Protein)

Lunch: Equivalent of 2 Thighs (chicken)

Dinner Equivalent of 3 Pieces of White Meat (Chicken)

how much would that amount to?

What kind of supplements are you talking about? Just protein? I don't even consider that a supplement...it's just food in powder form.
