Not to mention the overtraining also , if you'v seen the trainingsplit you will likely in the gym for more then 1 hour and a half.

Tuesday and thursday just seems ridicilous high in excercises and sets.

How has your progress (hypertrophy and strength wise) been using that much volume. Also what type of intensity are you engaging in. I think if you looking for a routine change, drop down to 6-10 intense (to failure) sets. JMO. I literally think you will be amazed.
The rep scheme is fine, but if you have been using something similar I would suggest starting out with the heaviest set first and doing lighter sets afterwords (after a sufficient warm up of course).
