Look at sig for stats. Also keep in mind I am very active...
I'm currently bulking like a mad man; trying to hit 4k cals a day at 225+ protein and 400+ carbs.
Thing is, I am getting like 180g of fat a day. Almost all of it is from peanuts, peanut butter, olive oil, milk, eggs and chicken. You know, the "good fats". Is this still too much though?
Just be worried if your gaining muscle or not. If you start to gain too much fat then worry about your ratio's.
I know i was taking in around 100grams of fat a day when i was at ~3200cals. I didnt care about the ratio though cause i wasn't getting fatter.
I think that's fine for 4K cals.
Looks fine to me, but you may want to substitute some fish oils for peanuts/peanut butter if the two of those are making up a lot of your fat intake. What I mean is cut some peanuts/PB out and add in the fish oils on top of them.

I am getting about 2500 calories with 75 grams coming from fat (healthy fat though) which is about at the 30% mark...
