I'd suggest you start weighing yourself every 15 minutes, chart your progress. Obviously something bizarre is going on, it's best to document it so when "they" come for you, you can prove you're not crazy. Either that or hide under the bed.

the 'bizarre' thing going on would be that he ate a meal and got a drink.

ive gained in excess of 7-8lbs over a day, and ive lost 20 lbs in 3 hours before...it can be done, there is no prob with it, i usually go throughout the day and gain about 3-4 lbs, 2lbs in a few hours is a little weird but it can be done, and there are so many factors that could effect it so id say jsut dont worry about it

When you put something into your body, liquid or solid, you will gain weight until you excrete it.

do you have 20 lbs of waste in you to puke out? did you just east a dog?

I'd say 10 pounds is possible but not 20.

I gained 18 lbs one night last year, all water...so yes I think 20 is possible.

For me, it's hard to believe. But I guess if both of you guys have done it...

And don't you feel weird after gaining/losing so much weight?

I felt really jacked actually, it was kinda cool. Obviously I just ended up pissing it all out and was back to normal by morning though.

I'll often drop 5 from an hour cardio session. Obviously it's water, as most rapid weight fluctuations are. A "cheat day" will easily pack on enough to show 4-5 pounds more on the scale the next morning, but the following morning it's gone.

you guys dont have to believe that I have done it, but i have, and yes I felt like poo, not only because I was completly drained and had no energy, but also because I was sick as ****, but i could see my abs relativley well after that, I felt like all skin and bones, actually I've done it twice, but once I only lost 15lbs, the other time I lost 20

I've read some of the original poster's past posts, and it seems he just posts rubbish to get a reply, like his thread on bulking on 1600 calories.

And eating 600 grams of protein, and his 5 y/o cousin eating 400, and his lifting claims that don't match his measurements, and his journal entries showing WAY too many sets.....

But give him a break... he's 13.

And he's super strong.. and these huge dudes from the gym even wanted him to write them up some routines.

Anyways.. my weight is always bouncing around. Yesterday, I sat around and ate, I weighed myself at night, I was 166 pounds. Then I woke up this morning (having to piss two times during the night) and I weighed in at 158-159. So looks like I gained a pound or two.

I have no other time to weigh myself besides the morning, because any other time I'll be loaded up with food and would be weighing in more than I actually am.

Hmmm, odd. When I'm that sick I can't even stand up long enough to get on a scale.

That's an easy challenge when you're 2000 miles away from anyone else.

What I'm talking about is:
9-16-04:

Deadlift - 135 x12 155 x10 165 x8 175 x8 180 x7 185 x7

Then 9-18-04:

today my back was still sore dam well heres what i did

squats - 135x15 185x10 205x8 215x8 225x8 235x6

Then a week later, you're doing 10 pounds more AND more reps at the top end?
9-23-04:

deadlift - 135x12 155x10 165x9 175x8 185x8 195x7

9-25-04

Squat - 135x5 185x10 205x8 215x8 225x8 245x8

Then here on 10-02, you do this?

squats - 135x15 185x10 195x8 205x8 215x8 235x8 240x8
close foot squat - 185x8 185x8 185x8 195x8
leg extensions - 120x12 120x12 120x10 135x8 135x8 135x8 150x8

WTF? NINETY SEVEN REPS ON SQUATS ALONE, THEN ANOTHER 66 ON EXTENSIONS?
The other thing that makes it hard to believe your journal is your weight graduations. Figuring the combinations of plates needed to get your weights, either your gym is EMPTY when you're working out, or your gym has a better stockpile of plates than the Soviet Olympic Training Facility.

And you're doing all this on:
1500 cals a day
45 minute sessions?
BZZZZZTTTT!!!!!
45 minute sessions? So one of your posted workouts (9-30) involved
DL = 51reps, BB Row = 16reps, Pulldown = 24reps, Extension = 24reps, CGB = 16reps, FP = 32reps, KB = 16reps.
That's a total of 179reps in 45 minutes. There's 2700 seconds in 45 minutes, so that's a rep every 15 seconds, sustained... not counting rest periods between sets (or don't you need to rest between sets?) If you are resting as you should, about 2 minutes between sets, then that day should have incorporated 44 minutes of REST! You did 22 sets that day.

10-11 you did over 300 reps.
10-12 you did over 200.

Your squat is up to 245 and DL is up to 200?
Wow... you're showing some pretty major gains for having only been working out for a little over a month and only 3 or 4 sessions! I sure wish I could increase my max weight by 10 pounds every 5 days while only taking in half of the calories required by my BMR... Wow... I guess the laws of physics just don't apply to you.

Given the weights involved, your claimed measurements, and everything else, nothing is adding up to you telling the truth about anything except the part about smoking pot and being 13. People do lie on these boards, but they usually aren't so obvious about it.

Dude... your pics look good. I don't doubt that you ARE working out, and what you are doing is giving you some decent results. Your bodyfat is very low, you have some good definition. You don't need to try and make your lifts look more impressive. We'll give you help if you need it, but you've gotta be honest if you want help that'll work. If you're only curling 4 sets of 30 like I am, there's no shame in admitting it. My 95lb benches are weak compared to a lot of other guys here, but they're not bad given my measurements and overall condition.
