Help me with this. I'm trying to take in 6000 cal's a day for bulking. This week I decided to have hamburger 80% lean, cause I'm sick of chichen for the last 3 months. So out of 6000 cal's I'm taking in around 150 gr of fat which around 70 gr is from the hamburger. Is this really bad. The rest of the fats are basically from can tuna, cheeses, peanut better, wheat bread, ect.
