and i had a lot more in me. i havent deadlifted for months, literally. i have just been doing squats, rdl's, and goodmornings. grip wasnt much of a problem, and i kept my back relatively straight. it was a pretty good lift considering i had only one warmup: 365 once. then i went and added 100 pounds w/ no prob.

just thought id share, as im excited for my new pr.

Great job man.

Just do yourself a favor and warmup next time before you mess yourself up. ;)

Nice lift, but like Chris pointed out, make sure you warm up better next time...deads aren't something you want to be fooling around with.

and about the warmup, i had already done hang cleans etc and other lifts, i just only did one warmup for deadlift.

Deadlifts PR's are always an accomplishment to be proud of.

Deadlifts PR's are always an accomplishment to be proud of.

Once you get over the intial "like $hit" feeling that always follows a heavy deadlift.
