I cut it up really fine...then boil it in water. I do the same with chicken, boil 10 at a time.

^^^ The george foreman grill is over rated.

Grilling meat over a flame is going to taste the best by far.

yea, sometimes when i cook thicker pieces they tend to go dry as you said, but most of the time its fine for me.

i find it pretty quick, but i agree BBQ will always taste better.

Not sure how healthy it is, but I usually mix a bit of ketchup and tabasco. BUT mustard goes well with it too, I think that's pretty good. I sometimes use a little sesame seed oil with some salt if I am feeling like I deserve it.

you boil chicken? how does it taste?

Normally I just toss mine into the oven
I use frozen 40oz bags
1 bag at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes
Comes out pretty decent

I eat mine dry

i have used the george foreman grill for a year now and the chickens have only turn out dry a few times, and the dryness is due to over cooking them. before i started using the foreman i would boil the chickens.

I usually filet mine in half so they are thin and season both sides with season salt (cheap kind from WalMart tastes good) then its off to the pan to be fried with a little olive oil. Cooks pretty quick and tastes great.
