i have a good vegetarian one for ya!

vegie chili

2 tb corn oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 ts ground cumin
1 green pepper
1 can 16 oz chick peas
1 pk 10 oz frozen corn
2 jalapeno peppers
2 can tomatoes in juice
1 can 10oz kidney beans
1 1/2 cup copped onions
2 tb chili powder
1 cup diced carrots

chop the jalapeno peppers
in a 5 quart saucepan heat corn oil over medium heat
add onions,garlic, chili powder and cumin saute 5 mins or until tender
add carrots and green pepper saute 2 mins
add tomatoes with juice crushing tomatoes with a spoon
stir in chick peas and kidney beans,corn and jalalpeno peppers
bring to boil reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 /35mins
and voila!!!

healthy preferrably :) just made one with some 97% lean ground beef... was pretty good
