Okay I'm just looking for the deep down basic rules to ketogenic cyling for someone who is trying to burn off fast asap while preserving the lean mass they already have. I'm 178 5'6" and 29% bodyfat. I'm looking to get down to about 16% body fat and weight what ever I need to to be that. I workout with weights 3'xs perweek doing alternating upper body and lower body days. I also do HIT aerobics three days a week. Should I step up and include some more aerobics with this plan and also should I change my weight routine? Thanks

Lyle McDonald's diet and exercise program. It's pretty intense but it works well. Even if you don't do the diet plan, I still think there's a ton of good info in the book about diet and fatloss in general that make it worth the $20.
