Thanks.. I'm one of the lucky ones I guess good geneic's but I also can gain fat easily if I don't watch it.. and that is what happened over the holidays last year.. I got down to 182lbs and then hollween hit..and then Thanksgivin..and on and on.. but I got back on track Aug 4th after getting up to 218lbs at 34% BF..
I've got it licked this time and I'm doing it right even if it's slow..
