How tall are you, that looks like a pretty slim 300.. if there is such a thing.
looking big there, mike or zak.. whatever it is- big guns, but your im pretty sure there are other muscles on the body other than biceps and triceps.. how are those ones growing?
nice side burns.. and was it cold in that room?? *nips*

yeah I'm 6 foot, and yeah I definetly was over 300. That was a pretty heavy sweater. Yeah i just got out of the shower so the nips were a lil hard. I do have other muscles, but that was just the standard pose, but all my muscles are doing equally well, but my legs are pretty strong, since I had to carry around a 300 pounder most of my life. thanks for your reply and I cut the burns the other day.

hey nice work on the transformation man
I can totally see 300 on that frame in the before... hell I was 260 at one point and no one believed I was that much either...
hard to tell much in the new pics but shoulders look like a strong point. Traps could use work though; you deadlifting?? if not, get on it dude!
the next stage (if you want to continue fat loss) will be about really getting a grip on your diet I think... good luck!
