So genetics is finally catching up with me, and milk is getting harder and harder to digest. I can't drink it on an empty stomach any more or it makes me feel miserable. I was wondering what other kinds of foods (apart from yogurt which I already eat) are good sources of calcium.

Also brocolli, sardines, salmon, cottage cheese, lactose reduced milk.
Make sure you get enough Vitamin D, K, and Magnesium to help absorb the calcium.

Any of those foods mentioned were good, but I'm with BlingMeter. If you can't drink milk, get calcium pills.
