I dont have a food scale handy, and i want to know how much food im eating. What do you guys do? Do you guys have any clever tricks for guessing measurements of food, for example, a cup of cottage cheese? 6 oz of a meat? I have no idea sometimes and fear i may be under or over estimating my caloric intake because of it. Any tips? like maybe 6 oz of meat is equivalent to a pack or two of cigarettes, stuff like that. Thanks.
