How Can I Upload My Phtos?

hello everyone. my photos arnt being allowed on here as thy are over 100k but no matter how small i shrink it, its still to large to put on.
can anybody help?

That's probably because they are not saved a jpg or JPEG, save them as one of those and they are not as big.

try hosting them somewhere

or if you have photoshop use the save for web function they'll easily be less than 100kb

Have you tried turing down the save quality? That usually does the trick.

I use the freeware IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) for photo editing.

To lower the save quality, go to File > Save as. Two windows will appear. In the right-hand window there will be a slider that allows you to lower the jpeg save quality. Fiddle around with it until you find a happy medium between picture quality and size. (I find that setting the slider around 95 tends to work pretty well for averaged sized photos.)
