you look lie youve got a big frame and could pack on a lot of muscle and your lean, how tall are you, if youre delts were bigger youd look betta than the rest , your traps are cool, that arm shot is crappy wappy.

yeah your frame is solid. i think your shoulders need the most work. but yeah you could get pretty huge dude :thumbup:

hard to tell much from those pictures dude -- as the others have said, your frame looks OK and your shoulders are definitely lagging

can we assume you're cropping the pictures above waist level because you're hiding a spare tire? :)

Shoulders= Handstand pushups (get next to a wall and use that for balance)
Forearms= Hammer Curls, Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls
