these are the macros from my fitday about the same every day weekeds might go up 110-220 cals

That's not even 2000 calories. You expect to bulk? You are going to get really cut if you stay on that for a long time, unless you are a very very small person.

That's more like a diet for cutting, lol.

Your gonna want to get your carbs up there for bulking, ESPECIALLY at your age.

I don't know why you keep making these threads when atleast 3 members have already helped you with this. If they say eat more cals, and more carbs, and more fat, than do it. No need to ask again buddy.

Drop the calories to 500 a day.
NO CARBS Whatsoever!!!!!!
Triple the protein intake!!!!!!
