Well basically i started this journal to get in even better shape than im in now i normaly could go down about 2% body fat in one month but my growth and eating that comes with it will make my goal of 5%or 6% bodyfat hard i am 9% body fat i came down from 15% avg bf for males no i didnt just start at 9% i wish it was easy. anyone who wants advice is wondering about what i eat id be glad to help you please ask. The other goals ihave set for myself are the hard ones bigger leg muscles and arm muscle more toned pecs.

I am very sry for the crapy spelling. Ill have pics in one week im 15 by the way.

if you are 9% you are pretty damn lean already... what is the need to go lower, do you compete? how much do you weigh anyhow...

no im just trying to get 5 or 6% i dont even think you could live off of 2%

i think the minimum for a male is 3% which is vital as cushioning for organs and what not..

well im done eating today did about 30 mins of biking 10 of jump rope did some weightlifting i ate very clean no carbs after 3 its 6 right now just ate my last meal for today i go to bed at 7:30 get up at 5 to jump rope on a empty stomach

My bmr=2145 i burned about 2800 cals today i ate 2345 so -455

i also did speed training for explosive power ive gotten faster in only two weeks its for football.

Well i ate really clean every 2 hours 2 cups of veggis and a 32 biking cardio ill try to add 2 mins a day till i get to 40 got 10 hours of sleep no sugar i do eat about 8 pieces of bread a day
also in case you were wondering
waist is 29
i ate 2298 calories i burned somwhere in 2700 so -402 i just hope it comes off as fat lol
so i have about a -800 calories so far and it seems to be coming off my legs now and partly the arms sry about the messey journal thks for paying attention

Well i finished my eating for today my clock says it is 7 i got 10 hours of sleep

Meals-i ate about 9 times today very clean
cheating-some just a spoon of sugar
cardio-35 mins i'll try to keep it here for 2 days also 15 mins of stair climbing
calories-i ate 2158 i burned in a ballpark range of 2700 so -542
Lifting- just squats i did 3 sets of ten 55 pounds
How i feel-well pretty good accept i could've done better and might have gave up biking at 30 mins but in all sense ive never been above avg in my whole life and looked at my almost clear abs but still saw the fat and i knew i could do it and i set myself to it dont give in.
