I have been cutting, and i have a refeed every 10 days my cals are at 2200, i weigh 264 down from 279 over two months time. latley when i get up in the am i have absolutley no appetite, and have to force myself to eat breakfast and constantly remind myself to eat. Before i was almost ravenous come feeding time, WTF is going on with me?

have you been eating enough fat?
I find when I underconsume fat I lose all my appetite.

Sounds like your body has adjusted to the lower calories which is why you no longer have the hunger pangs.

I agree with Geoff. You've been cutting for 2 months now. That's more than enough time for your body to have adjusted to the lower calories and not be hungry all the time. Don't fret about it though, think about it as a blessing. It's not hard to down 2200 cals over the course of a day even if you're not hungry, but it can be extremely painstaking to try to stick to a diet if you are constantly having cravings.

yah i dont see what the complaint is about? lol...

you are cutting and not hungry ... everything seems good to me :)
