I plan on having a nice cheat meal tonight, pizza for dinner and maybe a fudge brownie for dessert. I was wondering when I should workout today to dampen the impact? Just before, after? Maybe earlier in the day? Should I decrease my cals in my other meals to even myself out for the day? What do you guys think? Maybe I should just say screw it and pig out tonight, Im trying to bulk anyways. Today is not a very heavy lifting session, Just shoulders ( about 5 exercises of 8-10 reps ) and abs.

It won't make any noticeable difference if you train before or after. And if you're trying to bulk, don't worry about making your other meals even out. I think I might have pizza tonight, too. :D

rather than pizza what about something that is good for you and tastes good?

my cheat food is sushi....I LOVE IT, its not really bad for ya, but its costly;) so when I have a need to be weak thats what I choose:)

I didn't check maki's link, but if you know in advance you are going to cheat, you can always cut down on the other meals during the day to keep your total calories reasonable.
