hi all! I'm new on this board. This is my second post, I allready post a thread at the introduction section. I hope you all will come with critical and I hope you can show me the way what I need to do because I'm new in the bodybuilding scene (1,5 year of workout). I think my upper pecs and my delts sucks + I got too much fat I think..
