I think this is version 4.0........ its been so long. I know most of you have probably forgotten about me by now. BUT IM BACK!
Lets see...
Im still "with" kimpy. Its hard long distance, but ive gone to PA three times and shes been to CA once. I hope to go see her again in the next month or two.
Ive been playing poker a lot. A LOT. I hope that it will be my new career. Ive cut down on my days cutting hair to 3 days per week so i can play more often and for longer sessions.
Thanks to the above two, I have not been to the gym in.... more than two months!! *gasp*
So its time to get back on. Im out of shape. Gaining weight. I feel like crap. I have no energy. I have no motivation. My clothes are starting to get tight.
I think my last journal helped keep me motivated, so ill start another one.
Ive been telling myself for a while that i would go to the gym, but hopefully now that i put it in writing ill actually go. IM GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT. Im going to do "push" and 30 minutes of walking/running.
Ive been caffeine free for the past several weeks, so no ECA. Ill be taking whey/dextrose/creatine pre and post workout. Im almost embarassed to take pictures of myself, but maybe ill do it and keep them saved for a nice before/after duo.
