So in 10 days your arms grew, .3 inches... and another .2 inches in the next 7 days..

so in 17 days your arms grew .5 inches. I dont believe it.

Your chest grew 2.2 inches in those same 17 days...

and your NECK grew .8 inches!?

And you drop 3% BF in the 1st 10 days.... I smell a big stinking pile of bull****.

WTF?! LOL, are you just making up #'s or what?

You must be taking those pills that I get spams about all day every day.... "add 3 inches to your manhood"

Well, that's how it happened man... and I'm not bull***. I've been measuring with a friend and those are my real changes, I was running my 1ad/4ad cycle.
6 WEEKS
1ad - 600 mg/day
4ad - first three weeks, 900 mg
4ad trandermal - next two weeks, 350mg

While taking cell-tech creatine and a good protein diet....
Also been training really hard... if I had seen those changes, why should I lie? I've seen my results, and that's more than enough for me, I don't have to lie my self.... and as u have said before, no one's body is the same.

i mean every day your in the gym! ..if you dont have the time to post after every workout just jot them down on paper and get your journal caught up when you can. Also, show us what your routine looks like..
