And I need to find some fat burners to go along with my diet cardio. I was considering Ephedrine & Caffeine (ECA), but I am worried about a couple things.
1. I have anxiety problems and I dunno how that could be effected by the heart rate increase and other effects of the drugs.
2. What are the major dangers and side effects of ephedrine.
I was also considering Lipo-6 w/ green tea. I realize diet and cardio are the most important parts of cutting, but I have a very slow metab and love handles that wouldn't go away even when I was 10% body fat. So I need some type of help here.

diet down first and when you get low enough you might try looking into "supplements" to help you get down further

I reccomend a low fat diet and good exercise. But I'm a strong advocate of diet pills. Some dangers are the increased heart rate, dizzyness (especially if you sit up too fast), sometimes you will get the shakes, and sometimes you will not be able to sleep. Dont take any pills after 4 PM or you'll be up all night. diet pills are also very addicting so be warned. I used them, check my journal so see my results

Diet pills aren't addictive...unless they're laced with crack.

Why a low fat diet? For his purposes that's probably the last thing I'd recommend.

Ignorance is bliss my friend :D
Carbs=Insulin=Hard to burn fat. I suggest a CKD, I have tried this out, and I've PR'd in all of my lifts, and have dropped some fat in just 1 week.
