Hi everyone. I'm back from the dead with a question about fat loss stacking.
It's time for me to restock my supply of fat loss products and I am going to do it a little differently this time. I am wondering what amount of caffeine is necessary at a dose to maximize its fat loss effects. The supplement I am considering buying contains, in one capsule (among other things), 75mg caffeine. I also plan to take 25mg ephedrine HCl with this product (I have been taking 200mg caffeine + 25mb ephedrine HCl lately with no side effects that I have noticed, so I'm not worried about intolerance). My question is, is 75mg caffeine enough to fully activate whatever its beneficial fat loss effects are (I will confess to not knowing exactly what it does other than contribute to a faster HR), keeping in mind that 25mg E HCl will be taken with it?
