I go clubbing on Saturday nights and obvious reasons don't feel like eating on Sunday. I have one large meal in the evening. Something easy to eat like pizza or chinese takeaway. As my last training day is a friday is does my body still need extra fuel come sunday? Would it make a huge difference cheating in this way (i.e eating less rather than more)
