are caffeine pills bad for teens who want to loose weight or cutting?
this is for me who am 17yrs old / 129lbs/5'5 im doing heavy weights but wanting to take these so i can loose the fat but gain the muscle
this possiable while taking them?

You would need a MIRACLE pill for that... LOL, lose fat and gain muscle at same time. At 5'5'' and 129, I could HARDLY think you were fat. Maybe baby fat, but BY NO MEANS fat enough to worry about fat burner. Just eat right, do cardio and work out hard, and in time you will get where you want to be. I would be bulking at your size, not cutting.

Caffeine pills alone would do you little good as far as a thermogenic. You would need to invest in some sort of stack, whether it be ECA or otherwise. As someone pointed out you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. One requires calorie surplus, the other a calorie deficit.
