I've been working out for the last 5 months, but have only worked seriously for the last 2 months. I'm currently 5'8 1/2,140. And trying to get up to at least 165. I'm currently on a bulking routine from this site:

I have an ez bar that weighs 12.5, so thats why my numbers are ****ed up for some exercises. I'm in Bathurst,NB.
