Are foods like egg noodles and potato bread just as bad as white bread?

haha, I don't know about the goolash, but I used to eat egg noodles with butter on them and then add ketchup to the mix. I put ketchup on everything, lol.

goulash is like beef stew, with out the carrots and potatoes.

I through out the package, but I think it said 3g fat, 8g protien and the rest 40'ish was carbs. I don't remeber any sugar

well the carbs would be the sugars in the food. I was thinking about this question for a bit...and i think they would be considered along the same lines as white rice and pasta.

I think if you are talking about the potato bread you'd by from a grocery store. (Wonder bread, aunt millies, etc. etc.). Most of that is proccessed and doesn't compare to whole grain breads.

hmm well they are made from flour (but not semolina-the flour in white pasta) and use egg(s) to hold everything together.
THey are tastey but just like eating white bread. Useful for a strategic postworkout meal
