I through out the package, but I think it said 3g fat, 8g protien and the rest 40'ish was carbs. I don't remeber any sugar

well the carbs would be the sugars in the food. I was thinking about this question for a bit...and i think they would be considered along the same lines as white rice and pasta.

what do you think about the potato bread ?

I think if you are talking about the potato bread you'd by from a grocery store. (Wonder bread, aunt millies, etc. etc.). Most of that is proccessed and doesn't compare to whole grain breads.

Well,I haven't ever eaten noodles!

hmm well they are made from flour (but not semolina-the flour in white pasta) and use egg(s) to hold everything together.
THey are tastey but just like eating white bread. Useful for a strategic postworkout meal
