Hey everybody,
I'm 15, 5'9 adn about 160 lbs. I have no clue what my BF% is. I've been working out for about a month and a bit now and have gained a little bit of mass and strength but this is almost my natural frame. I'm hoping to keep a steady bulk to 175 and go from there.
EDIT: I just added some wheels pics, so scroll down, check them out and please critique. :)

under 10%, maybe 6-7%. I'm no expert but your ripped. You said you've only been lifting a few months now? Did you do any sports or anything before hand? I've been lifting for about 4-5 months now and you're lookin a whole lot better than me.

It's definately low, and i would geuss 8.5% though I'm not too good at judging body fat percent. Keep workin at it. 15 pounds wont take you long.

Amazing arms.. I can't believe you've only been lifting for a month! Your chest looks as though it is lagging. Unbelievable look overall!

You're ripped. :strong:
Shoulders are amazing. Only a couple months of lifting? Holy crap, you've got some awesome genes.

Only a month and a half of actual lifting,
Tons of dryland training for rep hockey (plyometrics, push-ups, chins, situps, windsprints, running, etc.) and skating with about 30 lbs. of gear has to do somehting too.

As I stated above I did lots of training for hockey.
As of now I'm doing the WBB1 routine, only supplement being a protein powder.

Gotta bulk to be able to make those giants your b*tch on the ice.
Judging from your handle, you gotta be a Lemeuix fan, eh?
Nice to see a fellow puck nut on the boards.

Actually, I'm not really a Lemiuex fan, 66 is just the number I usually use in hockey.
Yup lifting has helped my hockey a lot, especially for balance.

the only reason i started to lift again (after a year off) is for hockey. I'd like to see the giants trying to catch me now. Just waiting for snow.

Well, I'm back with a few more pics. These ones are of my wheels, the calf pic sucks, I just learned that it's pretty hard to take a picture of them with a digital camera. Took the quad ones in a mirror so they're not too bad, light kinda sucks though. I haven't been working out for the last two weeks either due to tonsilitis, but in a few more months I'll post progress pics.
My wheels @ 5'9, 160 lbs.

If you want you can add me to msn and I'll go on cam for you, but I dont think we wanna do that :P. Ahh I don't really care if people on the internet don't believe me, I have no reason to lie. Hockey takes a toll on the legs. My dad also has some pretty crazy legs so I think it's mostly genetics.
