Nolvadex after this cycle?

Hey everyone...I haven't posted much here but have read alot...and I want your advice on this one...my current cycle is deca 400 mg/week and dina 25mg/day (I know, I know...not a real high dose of either...)...I have some nolvadex (20, 20mg tabs) standing by...I have seen no side effects and do not anticipate any...but should I take the Nolvadex after this cycle as a preventative measure or just wait and see...thanks in advance!

if you dont get gyno during the cycle then you shouldnt get it after. Taking it during your PCT therapy would be a good idea though. Combine it w/ your Clomid and you shouldnt have any problems.

oops...meant dinabol...sorry about that...
btw...I hadn't intended to grab any clomid...again I thought that was also only if gyno appeared...but i seem to also remember reading that this can help return your "natural" testerone levels...all this to add to my confusion on any post cycle therapy...

If you don't have clomid then you're going to have to use that nolvadex for post cycle therapy. Although you don't have very much. I'm not trying to attack you or anything, but you should have put some more thought into this cycle before beginning it.

BCC...no worries man...im jus looking for some clarification...previous I have done a deca only cycle as well as a dinabol only cycle (waste of $!)anyway...I have had zero negative issues in the past and don't anticipate any now...so I guess my question is this...is post cycle therapy necessary with a cycle like this...my previous thought was no...but now not so sure...thanks BCC and all!

Post cycle therapy is necessary with 99.9 percent of cycles. Have you kept your gains from your previous cycles?

I have kept my gains...for the most part (give or take a couple pounds here and a couple reps there)...and the size and weight I have put on...maybe jus lucky?...either way, it looks like i should definately take clomid AND Nolvadex post cycle...soo gimme a clue on how much/how long...

You can use both or one or the other. They will both work sufficiently for post cycle therapy.

If you're using nolvadex only I would begin taking 40mgs every day three weeks after your last injection. Do this for 7 days, then use 20mgs every day for 21 more days.

If you choose to use both nolvadex and clomid, then run then clomid at 100mgs every day for the first 7 days (beginning 3 weeks after your last injection). Then 50mgs every day for the next 21 days. Run the nolvadex at 10mgs every day during the same period of time.
