Just a little info about me before I get started. I have been training on and off for about 4 years now. In the last year I have opted to use a personal trainer, a well known gentleman who competes regularly. I am 6'2", about 215lbs before my cycle. Bench max around 205, deadlifts 315, and leg presses around 14 plates each side.

I have used PH before, a single pill that contained a stack of 1-T, 19 nor, and 4ad. The dose amount was small (under 100mg of each), and I saw absolutely no results. I then tried a higher does of 19 nor, again with no results (nothing more than what could be said a gain from natural diet and hard training).

About two weeks ago, after my research, went for m1T. My god, I never thought it was possible to see the gains I saw. Now I know there are skeptics out there, but I am only being honest here. I did 25mg (best recommendation with my size) a day, two weeks, and one week prior used a therm 1-T and 4ad stack, as well as a once a day 200mg therm of just straight 1-T. This means 500mg of 1-T daily, 300mg 4ad, and 25mg of M1T. I used milk thistle one week prior, and have now begun to use it again (just ended cycle sun of M1T).

Now the goods...My weight is now 226, on sunday was 229!! Now I have noticed a lot of water retention, but also a lot of muscle too. My BF is nearly the same at 14.2%. I am not starting PCT yet, as I am going to start another cycle of M1T in two weeks. I am continuing the therms as well all during. I currently have only two noticeable sides, only on sun and sat did I even feel any lethargy, and it did get pretty bad, but now I am fine. I have a bad aching lower back, but which I have nailed down to be extreme hamstring growth that is pulling very hard on my lower back. Most people do experience this, but dont know why.

Here are my stats now, Bench 225, dealifts 395, and leg presses just can do the max plates (15) five times. I am incredibly happy with this stack, and just want people to know this stuff does work. I have put over an 1" on my arms, mainly in my biceps peak, over 4 inches in my back (my lats have a nice spread now), and over 2 inches in my thighs. I have followed a strict diet, with over 4,000 cal. per day, but that is not much more than normal. These are gains from the products, not from routine or diet.

Here are my questions, is this stack just TOO much? How many mg of Nolva or 6 OXO will be sufficient for PCT for a stack of this magnitude? Any one used these products and seen these results? I am considering gear, PM me if any one can send me in the right direction...I realize this is not the thread, just wanted to include that.

leg press 14 plates each side... hrmm if you are referring to the 45 lb plates that is a lot of weight...

I don't think the argument against products like m1t is "will they make you put on weight". I think it's more or less about how effective they are at building muscle. Logically speaking you can't build that much muscle in 2 weeks. Another reason these products are looked down upon is because they can be more harmful than the real thing, and are less effective. 15lbs in 2 weeks is a nice jump, but logical thinking will tell you that you didn't put on 10lbs of muscle in 2 weeks...

You need pct that is for sure. Nolva is good, so is 6-oxo. A lot of people use both.

Yeah, I am questioning the 14 plates on each side also. I am 5'8'' 183 lbs and benching 250-260 max, and my max on leg press is about 7 plates on each side, and THATS A LOT. Seeing that a normal track weighs 150 by itself, you would be hitting 1,410 lbs on leg press. That is understandable for a person maxing A LOT more then 205 on bench. Then again, bench has nothing to do with leg press, if your telling right weight, need to emphasize more on that chest strength.

no it's really not at all. That's only 630lbs. THe sled hardly weighs anything.

At my gym we have two leg press machines. One with a 150lb sled and one with a 75lb sled. Dont know about your gym...

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. Yea I know through experience most of my gains are from water weight, and in turn for the increase in water weight, and since the muscle is 75% water to begin with, well there is where the strength gains come from as well. Well my weight is down to 221lbs now 4 days off M1t, but still on a minimal dose of 200mg of 1-T and 300mg of 4ad, both therm. My strength hasnt lost much though, my bench is still around 215 max, and my deadlifts have stayed, but are much difficult and require a good warm up.

Here goes with the leg press....I do burns, which are a 3/4 motion press, but with that much weight, yes with 14 plates each side, a total of 1410lbs the weight comes down as far as your lower back permits before its hyper extended.... My trainer does the same for sets of trisets 15X15X15....rest...repeat for a three more times on the leg press. Each set has a different foot position. Yes he throws up almost every time, and when he and I trained I made one, yes ONE leg day without tossing my cookies. I have long strong flexible legs...and I train inner/outter thighs very hard which helps to stabilize your legs in a hard press. I do strip sets of a full rack on inner and outter thigh machine....starting 210 lbs for 5 strip sets of 15 reps right in a row, no rest... Try it, guarentee youll be walkin funny for a week.

I am still shut down pretty bad after M1t, I cant wait to start up again next weekend. The final two week cycle I will be at 30mg, three times a day (10mg a dose) for two weeks, taking hawthorne and thistle in the last three days and continuing until the third week of PCT. In the end I hope to gain around 4-5 lbs of solid muscle from this 5 week cycle.

No one has yet to comment though on the stack I am doing....Anyone stacked a therm 1-T with M1T??

Just to let you know I had good results with M1T as well @ 20mg a day for 2 weeks ,I also stacked with P6 loaded with creatine , bcaa's , vitas , omega 3, NO2 blah , blah... BTW NO2 sux. Gained 11 lbs in 2 weeks been off for 2 weeks now and stopped the creatine, lost the water i gained lost the fat i gained end result was a 3 lbs gain of muscle. Haven't gained that much muscle in 2 weeks in a very long time. Going for the 600 tab bottle next time lol and try a 6 week cycle stacking with 4AD.......
