I'm trying to transfer my workout routine to more of a powerlifter's routine; not completey, but partly.
Now obviously for the big 3 you wanna keep the rep range between 1-8, but what about for curls, military press, rows, and overhead extensions? I've heard they should be done with 2 sets of 10-15 reps. This sounds logical, because I couldn't imagine doing super heavy curls or super heavy pressdowns, etc.
Any help would be much appreciated.
