Some new pics. Nothing fancy, just messing around with my cam last night.



The first pic was last night (amazing what shadows can do).

The before pic was June 2, 2004. After pic was last night.

None taken. I've always been fat so I'm sure my lean weight is like 160-170. My measurements are avg. About a 40" chest, a little over 15.5" arms, 24" thighs, and 16.5" calves. I'm guessing on my measurents. I consider myself to be fairly strong for my size.

Do you train primarily for strength or muscle or a combo (obviously but you know what i mean)
I'd say your very strong for that size..

Both. My workouts are just a mix of differents things. Some low rep, some higher rep. I try to get a little of everything in. Since I'm trying to lose weight, I don't expect my strength to increase at a rapid pace. I've seen progress but not at the rate I was getting when I was bulking last year.

looking good man. me and you both could lose the love handles, lol...

but your chest looks good, i can tell youve gained a lot of muscle.

Heh, no problem man. I kinda knew what he was getting at. If you don't see any pics of someone and all you have are stats, your image of someone can either be on or off. I don't think he's seen my past pics (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=36790) which show how much smaller I was. Not that I'm huge now, but there is a difference.

Thanks for the compliments BicN. After I reach my goal (not sure what that is yet), I'm going to read up on Westside some more. I really want to concentrate on strength later on. If I'm going to be small, I at least want to be strong.

In some defense (not that its needed as Mex stated) Mex posted a squat vid when tried a little squat contest I think most of us quit for one reason or another. Back to the point the video showed his strength and I think some thick legs.
