what should i eat that would help gain muscle mass but not fat? Does milk help with gaining muslces? Does protein make your muscles rest and grow more efficiently so I can work out more often with less rest periods?

calories... clean foods

ie, chicken, eggs, fish, meat

(1g protein/per lb bodyweight)
