Hey,
Im sure this question has been answered before, but why do we all drink these shakes that only have 20grams of protein per shake when there are shakes that have 50grams per shake? I mean so therefore we have to consume less and still gain? I was just thinking about it right now because i currently have ON.

Exactly, one shake might have more protein but that's just the serving size, which might be 4 scoops. For instance the 100% whey I have is 20g of protein per scoop, Nlarge2 has like 50g of protein a serving, but you need 4 scoops which is double the amount you have to drink.

LOL! I cracked up when I started reading labels in making up my mind which product I would use.
30g protein and 210cals. One 20g scoop per 8oz water.
60g protein and 420cals. Two 20g scoops per 8oz water.

That's gonna be one THICK shake!

Yep, I prefer with my protein, which isnt the best but it is what is cheapest at Vitamin World, is 14 ounces of milk with a scoop and a half of protein.. That would be about 28 grams of protein not counting the milk, and about 40 couting milk.
