good progress....your bi's got bigger and you look leaner!!

I think you look a little leaner than 7% in that 2nd pic.
you lost 8% bf which was 6.4kg the remaining 2.6kg was muscle/water

were you cutting that entire 4 months?

Yeah I'm actually not sure about the fat percentage their just guesses because the test said I was 12-15% in that 2nd pic and then another test said I was 9% so I thought screw these tests their stupid. 3 months out from the comp I was cutting yeah, but I didn't cut enough thats why I didn't win.

NICE work. What are your stats? (inches & lbs! please! :))
weight = 156lbs right?
arm, waist, chest measurements?

11-03-2004, 12:33 AM
height 5`8, weight was 154 now 167, waist is now 32 don't know what it was before, my max bench press was 220 before I started dieting I usually only did 200 for a full set of 10 reps, may not seem like much but I do it properly unlike the rest of these turkeys putting a good 250 pounds on and getting their spotter to do all the work. Max squat was around 242 and max deadlift 308. I havent got my strength back yet and I can't till my hamstrings better.
