Hello,i have a question wich is for my friend who is working out but is a dedicated vegetarian.He is really wondering what to substitute for meat so he can gain with adequit mass and muscle growth. Thanks

You can get enough protein with meat by increasing your: dry curd cottage cheese, egg whites, soybeans/other beans/legumes, nonfat yogurt/milk production.

Yeah check out my journal for my daily diet. My protein sources are tofu, other soy products (e.g. veggie burgers and hot dogs), quorn products (check out www.quorn.com) and protein shakes (whey and casein).

I would just like to point out that i also don't eat eggs nor fish.

Some times when i work out i get sick after like 30 mins into the work out and some times i have to stop or else im probably gonna barf, i really don't know why this is happening..

Would anyone have any ideas why it does this to me.
