this is my progress from the end of freshman year of college to summer after sophmore year...

I weighed 145 junior year hs, 165 freshman year college, and I'm 185 now, as a 20 year old, about 7-8% body fat, and and I'm still gaining lean muscle mass..

I'll post more pics later

if i could have a wider view of you in your current pic.....one that included all of that babe you're with....i could tell better. :idea:

Your abs look good bro....hard to tell if they changed a lot but look good none the less.

hey, thanks, I'll be puttin up some actual pics soon, that girl is my ex... she's way to hot, I have no idea why we broke up, oh well...

here's my stats:

bench: 205
fly: 60's on each arm
decline bench 225
incline bench: 185
military press: 145
squat: 200
leg press: 360

I'm trying to do a a 3-6 mile bike ride 4-5 times a week to cut the body fat..

here's more recent pics of me, I'm trying to gain, while increasing lean body mass, any recommedation for diet/supplements/ cardio I can do, while doing my normal weight sets every week
