the difference from august to october looks like gear was used.

Incredible difference for only 7 months, and especially the last month of progress

Don't worry- you're only 170 lbs. You've still got some leeway- just eat eat eat. Not that I need to tell you that- you're obviously doing things right. AWESOME improvements, man! :)

Are you smoking crack?! 19 is a GREAT age to gain!! lol

I think the best years to work out are 15-23...
with 18-19 being the climax... (right along with your natural test production peaks) (and HGH is still very high at 19)

Dont sell yourself short.

what i mean is that i dont think i can get over 170lbs. and remain active in the gym and keep my bf% down at the same time. do you think i should have no concern for bf and eat for a couple of months and then go through a cutting cycle? im trying to get to 180 and keep my bf the same

Just forget the bodyfat for a few months- you're not going to turn into a blob with ten pounds. You'll still be able to tuck in your shirt without a prominent bulge- you'll still be able to look great. It's fall, man! I don't see you going shirtless too much in the near future so take advantage of that, bulk up to 180, gaining only a few bf% points, then cut down.

Because really, going from 10 to 12 percent bodyfat isn't a huge catastrophe. :)

you will always put on some amount of fat while puting on muscle, you could always diet it off later.

Yep, to bulk (add muscle), you really have to add a little fat too.
At least to bulk up with any type of speed. If you're very close to the size that you want to stay permanently I think you can stay lean and VERY gradually put on some size... but its a LOT slower when you're lean.

There's a reason even Pro's have off-seasons where they blow up and get "soft" looking, but then shred back down.
