Well getting back into lifting seriously (and dieting seriously too) I always look to see the neat supplements out and two caught my attention: Sesathin and Leptigen Rebirth. I'm considering adding one, or both, for the Spring Semester (so I'm taking my time before supplementation and doing my research) and would like to know the opinions (as to it's ability to encourage fat loss (and not muscle loss)) and any experiences. Also, whether you see from their forums (which I am combing through) or from looking at how it works/what's in it that would indicate side effects. Thanks

I give Sesathin an A+. It flattened me out a little, but it really made a difference in fat loss and preventing fat gain. I used it 3 doses a day, spread out.

just dont think effectiveness justifies the cost. just diet/cardio/pop some fish oil caps and you're good to go! :)

thing is, im asking about it's effectiveness. have you used it and thus have experience with it?

I'm with Gal on the Sesathin...I absolutely love the stuff. And at the 3 doses/day, a $25 bottle is very cost effective.

I haven't used Rebirth, but I have tried regular Leptigen. About all I can definitively say it was good for is controlling appetite...I didn't really keep good enough tabs on everything else to see how well it was working.
