im curently in Iraq and lift whenever i can. I want to know about losing the fat around my gut while i continue to get big. i am 5'6" and weigh 200. I am into lifting for power and strenght and want to get bigger and lose fat. Any sugestions would be great and any advice on supplement and such would be nice.

well first off I would concentrate on doing one or the other... if you want bigger it's simple

eat more then you burn... if you want to lose... eat less / move more :thumbup:
