I know everyone is different in this department.. but how much does steroids actually do?? I'm thinking a natural trainee can maybe synthesize what... maybe half a pound of new muscle a week if that, so about 2lbs/month... so how much does juicing extend you out of this so called boundary... you hear all these stories of people gaining 30 lbs of muscle ladee da... but realistically they'd have to be quite wayyy over maintenance... granted a lot of it is water with some fat.

so ya, how much actual muscle would you say one could put on in a week's time span...

I think naturally its more like .25lbs of muscle a week, in the long run. 1lb month.... 12lbs/year. Granted when you 1st start working out you can put on more faster. But long term its more like 1/4lb per week

I think with steroids its more like 1lb/week of muscle, granted many will put more than this on with juice, b/c of waterweight, glycol pump/cell volumizing, etc... but as far as muscle... its probably about 1lb/week

So maybe 4x more.

depending on diet, cycle, dosage, and what youre taking, you gain ALOT more. there are no calculations to determine...i just always tell people that ask its like gaining 2 years worth of muscle in ~3 months, as long as you train your ass off and dont **** around

Genetics, training, nutritional habits; they all come into play here. I gained 16 pounds of muscle in two months naturally at one time after I'd been training for over a year.

Thats why I said in the long run. B/c people have growth spurts here and there... sometimes people will put on a lot for a few months then level off for a few months.

BCC, you put on 16lbs total or you put on 16lbs of pure muscle b/c you had your body fat tested before and after, etc... and you were a lower BF% or put on more than 16 total and accounted for fat?

Right you are ryuage. Being 15-16 and totally dedicated at that age helps out the genetics.
