I was wondering if there is anything else I can add to my shakes to add calories.
Currently I use 2 cups milk and 1 scoop of whey (23g Protein). I want up the calories, but here's the kicker. I use a shaker only, I am too lazy to use the blender. So I need stuff that is readily mixable.
