Depends what you're bulking on.... McDonalds=bad. Oats, tuna, eggs, chicken, fruits and veggies=good. Gaining weight can put more stress on the heart which is why I recommend doing cardio while bulking.

just a question to ponder.. to strengthen the heart is to cardio. but to get big and not do cardio is hurt the heart as well? (big as in muscle and not fat?)

You can still gain as much weight doing cardio while bulking. In fact, it MAY even have nutrient partitioning benefits as well. In any case, it won't really do anything bad to the heart, but since you're gonna be carrying around more mass it may have to work a little harder to pump all the blood needed for that extra mass.

the bigger you get the harder your heart will have to work

alrite nice info thanks alot fellas. im eatin pretty clean despite things such as longhorn cheese, milk, and eggs, and nuts. those seem to be the highest in fat in my diet. should i find alternatives for these?

I wouldn't rely on dairy fat but the eggs and nuts are ok.
